For those moments when you're slammed with calls or just need a short pause in advertising, keep your account active and your phone numbers live. You'll still receive residual calls from previous mailings—often worth thousands in extra revenue. Zip Codes are not reserved on this plan, although we won't publish that they are available.
Purchase Tracking Phone Numbers
$750 one-time
We don't hold your phone numbers hostage. We'd love to continue earning your business, but if you'd like, we're happy to transfer your phone numbers to another carrier. We can move them to your personal Twilio or CallRail account for forwarding or port one to a physical phone (like AT&T, Verizon, etc.). Because we're working with cell carriers, it could take 30–90 days for the cell companies to move the number and registration.

Connect your bank securely via Plaid and pay directly without any added fees. Note: Must have backup credit card on file. This option delays our receipt of your payment which also delays order processing by 3–5 days each month.
Credit Card Processing Fee: 3.6%

Any credit card transactions, whether as a main payment method or backup payment, will incur an additional 3.6% Processing Fee on the gross sales amount.
Advertising Set-Up Fee
$500 one-time
This one-time fee covers your entire onboarding—phone number registration, ZIP code analysis, letter design customization, and account setup—so we can hit the ground running. This fee applies to all new clients and is required again for any returning clients who cancel and later rejoin.

Pricing FAQ
What if we get too busy and need to slow down our marketing?
First off, that's a great problem to have! If you ever get to the point where you need to slow down your marketing, we allow companies to move down plans or switch to the phone/software plan for $500/month.
Many companies choose to stay on their plan and keep their blasts as credits. This means that we'll wait to send out the letters you paid for until you're ready for more work. This will also allow leads to keep coming in and your zip codes to stay reserved.
Note: You can keep your letter credits for up to 4 months as long as you keep an active plan with Tree Traction. Full cancellations result in a closure of your account and a loss of any letter credits.
What occurs during cancellation?
As successful advertising is a long-term asset that builds momentum over time, our clients typically remain active partners year-round. If a company decides to completely cancel, the following will occur:
• They will lose access to their leads database, phone tracking number, reserved ZIP codes, and any remaining letter credits.
• Phone numbers are legally registered to specific businesses, requiring fees and administrative work. Once a number is released, it cannot be reactivated under the same account.
• Reserved ZIP codes will become available, and our team will reach out to other businesses in the area who were previously interested in our services.
Note: If a company decides to restart a partnership in the future, they will be onboarded as a new client and must pay the $500 setup fee again to cover the costs of re-establishing their phone number, ZIP code exclusivity, and account setup.
How do I change my selected plan?
As soon as your team can handle more leads each month, reach out to your account manager to add additional monthly blasts. Each additional monthly blast allows your company to lock down an additional 2 zip codes.
