Referral FAQ
What qualifies as a completed referral?
The company you refer must complete their initial contract with us, which is typically three months. Each referral must be a unique company.
How do I get credit for a referral?
Either tell your account manager they're coming before they sign up, or make sure they mention your name during onboarding. We also ask new clients how they heard about us — if they say your name, that counts too. You just can't claim credit for someone after they've already completed onboarding.
Do the milestone bonuses stack?
Yes! All bonuses are cumulative. For example, if you refer 3 companies, you earn $200 per referral ($600) plus the $500 milestone bonus — $1,100 total. Hit 10 referrals and you've earned $2,000 in per-referral bonuses plus $500 + $1,000 + $3,000 in milestones — $6,500 total.
Is there a time limit on referrals?
No. Referral counts are tracked for life. There's no deadline — refer at your own pace and the milestones will be there when you hit them.
Can I get cash instead of credit?
Yes. Every reward — the $200 per-referral and all milestone bonuses — can be taken as cash or applied as a credit toward your services. Your choice.
How will I know when I've earned a reward?
Our team will notify you via text message once you've qualified. If you choose credit, it gets applied to your next billing cycle. If you choose cash, we'll arrange the payout directly.
