1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, service area, and mailing address when you sign up for our services, request a strategy call, or contact us. We also collect usage data when you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

If you apply for a job with us, we collect the information in your application, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, location, resume, work history, and your answers to application questions. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we also keep a record of when and how you gave that consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our direct mail marketing services, communicate with you about your campaigns and account, send campaign performance reports and optimization recommendations, process payments and manage your account, respond to your inquiries and support requests, review job applications and schedule interviews, send text messages you have agreed to receive (see section 4), and improve our website and services.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as payment processors, printing partners, and the software we use to manage job applications and send text messages), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tree Traction, our clients, or others.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our text messages for us, as described in section 4.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Tree Traction, we use that number only to send you the messages you agreed to receive and to reply to you. For example, if you apply for a job with us and opt in, we text you about your application, interview scheduling and confirmations, reminders, and next steps.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in data, or your consent with anyone for their own use. The only companies that receive your mobile number or opt-in data for texting are the service providers that deliver our messages for us (our applicant tracking system and its messaging and wireless carrier partners), and they may use it only to send and receive our messages.

Agreeing to receive texts is optional. It is never a condition of applying for a job or buying our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also email support@treetraction.com. The full terms for our text messages are in our Terms of Service.

5. Data Ownership

Campaign data, call tracking data, route-level performance data, and phone numbers generated through our services belong to you, the client. You retain full ownership of this data at all times, including after termination of service. Phone numbers can be ported to any carrier of your choice for $1.25 each.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality of our website.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After account termination, we retain certain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign performance data is available to you for export at any time.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to update inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements). 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
